Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Factoring Insider ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for business use by authorized representatives of organizations. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
independent editorial coverage of invoice factoring and working-capital finance, published as a free newsletter and reference library
We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
3. Accounts and Information You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Information you provide through our forms, calculators, and applications is used to evaluate and respond to your request.
4. Communications
When you subscribe to one of our newsletters, request information, or submit a form, you agree to receive email from Sanctorum Group Holdings, LLC and the websites and publications it wholly owns and operates. This may include the publication you subscribed to, related editorial coverage, service updates, and offers we judge relevant to your business.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not give it to third parties for their own marketing. We may use it across our wholly owned properties to provide you with relevant services and communications.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by contacting support@sanctorum.capital. Transactional messages relating to a request you made or an active relationship — such as a response to a quote — are not marketing communications and continue regardless.
If you give us a telephone number, we may contact you about the specific request you submitted. We do not send marketing text messages and do not use automated dialing systems. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent first.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content, design, calculators, and methodology, is owned by Sanctorum Group Holdings, LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of the information you submit to us.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms.
7. No Financial or Professional Advice
Content, tools, and calculators provided through the Service are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and should not be relied upon as a commitment, offer, or guarantee. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctorum Group Holdings, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanctorum Group Holdings, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or to us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be directed to legal@sanctorum.capital.
